XVI. International Congress of Contemporary Studies in Social Sciences

The understanding of human identity—socially, intellectually, economically, educationally, and historically—has constituted a fundamental subject within the social and human sciences since the earliest times up to the present day. While philosophy in the Greek era was distinguished by its comprehensive and encyclopedic character, the modern period has witnessed a methodological separation of the social sciences from philosophy, which is grounded in a contemplative and intuitive approach.

There is no doubt that the social sciences have evolved in parallel with the development of humankind across all historical stages. This development has not been limited merely to the expansion of their subject matter or the inclusion of new domains of human knowledge that were previously unknown; rather, it has primarily involved a profound methodological advancement in the ways in which human beings study the various fields of the social sciences.

Following the notable success and strong reputation achieved by previous editions of this conference, we are pleased to announce the organization of the 16th International Scientific Conference on Contemporary Studies in the Social Sciences (Rimar CONGRESS 16), which will be held in both in-person and online formats.

The conference will take place on 16–17–18 October 2026.

The Organizing Committee invites all interested researchers, academics, university professors, scholars, and those engaged in the field of contemporary social and human studies to participate in this conference. It offers an opportunity to contribute new scientific perspectives and visions that respond to the urgent issues emerging in contemporary human society. This can only be achieved within an interactive and interconnected framework, driven by a collaborative research mindset that the conference management seeks to foster.
